Where We Ship
We currently ship across Canada from our facility in Richmond, BC. U.S. shipping is being set up — join the email list and we'll let you know when it goes live.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the package leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Time
- British Columbia & Alberta: 2–4 business days
- Ontario, Quebec & central Canada: 4–7 business days
- Atlantic Canada & the territories: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates from Canada Post and can be affected by weather, holidays, or remote-area routing.
Shipping Cost
- Free Sample Pack: flat-rate shipping at checkout (typically around $4.99 within Canada).
- Full pack orders: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Members: reduced or free shipping on qualifying orders (see your member dashboard).
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email us at info@paperpals.io with your order number. We'll open a trace with the carrier and either resend or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
About the Product
What's in the pack
- Full pack: 50 sheets per roll, 28cm × 28cm (11" × 11") per sheet.
- Free sample: 5 sheets, same size, same material.
- Material: 100% bamboo fibre. No bleach, no formaldehyde, no BPA, no PFAS.
- Packaging: 0% plastic. Recyclable cardboard end-to-end.
Care & washing
- Machine wash on a cool/warm cycle.
- Tumble dry on low, or air dry flat.
- Avoid fabric softener and bleach — they reduce absorbency.
- Each sheet is rated for 100+ wash cycles. Replace once the fibre starts to break down.
Safety
Safe for food prep, surfaces, kids, and pets. Hypoallergenic. Not intended for use as a medical device.
End of life
When a sheet is too worn to keep using, it's fully biodegradable. Compost it at home or with municipal organics — it returns to soil, not landfill.
